Coach trips

There will be two coach trips this year. The first is to the Chilterns (2 July), and has been planned for us by the Reading Ramblers. It will start from Henley-on-Thames. The second is to the Gower peninsular (10 September), and will start at Rhossili. In both cases, there will be three walks (A, B and shorter B). Tickets are £15 for each trip, and can be booked from Carew (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

Coach Trip to the Chilterns (2nd July)

Places are still available. There will be three walks, 8/12/15 miles.

The coach will leave at 8am sharp from Marsh Street, behind the Radison Blu hotel.
Note this change from the arrangements for previous trips. It will return to Bristol, probably at about 7pm.
Whatever the weather forecast, please make sure that you bring waterproof gear and extra layers, and that you have sensible walking footwear.
Including the coach journeys there and back, it will be a long day, so please also ensure that you also have sufficient food.
It will be possible to leave things on the coach while you are walking.
